How can I track my package?

After submitting an order, within a few moments, you will receive a confirmation email from us. After your order has finished processing and is ready to ship, you will receive a second email that provides the USPS tracking information for your shipment. Please contact us at if you have not received your confirmation emails.

My order is a gift, do you offer gift wrap?

Yes, we are happy to offer complimentary gift wrap on our jewelry and mixed-media orders! On the checkout page, select “Yes” under the “Is This a Gift?” heading. We will wrap each item separately in an appropriate gift box. Clothing and mugs are printed on demand and cannot be gift wrapped.

How should I care for my jewelry?

All jewelry (earrings, bracelets, necklaces, brooches) are placed in their own branded, linen bag to keep your jewelry safe. All metal jewelry pieces are shined using a high quality jewelry cleaner. Avoid wearing your jewelry in the ocean, shower or bathtub. Also avoid exposing the metals to harsh chemicals such as chlorine, cosmetics or hairspray. We suggest removing your jewelry before going to bed to avoid any pull on the charms or chains. It’s best to store your jewelry in the linen bag.

My custom order requires pictures for a collage; should I email the picture to you?

No, you can upload your pictures when you check out.

I’m not sure what charms I’d like, can you pick them out?

Yes! Please complete the “Customize Information” sheet and charms will be suggested for you.
